No. As a Notary Public, I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter or accept fees for legal advice. My role is solely as an impartial witness to the signing of documents.
We agree on a time and a mutually convenient, safe location (your home, office, hospital, nursing home, or a public cafe). I will travel to you, verify your identity, witness your signature, and apply the notarial seal. A travel fee applies in addition to the standard notarization fee.
Typically, yes. You should have the physical documents ready. However, if requested in advance, document printing services can be provided for an additional fee, especially for large loan signing packages.
